One criminal gang in Shenzhen of China used the forged ID and forged fingerprint to have sold the Canadian victim's apartment in China at the office of Shenzhen city Real Estate Bureau. The victim found out the crime and reported it to the above office, to the local police and court. Then the Canadian victim followed Chinese law to sue Shenzhen city Real Estate Bureau to cancel the illegal sale. But the local courts made the following illegal court decision: The victim has to pay for the whole amount of expensive fee of verifying the forged fingerprints on the illegal documents. This court decision paper does not include any Chinese law that can support the above court decision, why? No Chinese law supports the above court decision. This is just one of many illegal techniques used by these corrupted judges who want to protect the Shenzhen City Real Estate Bureau officials and the rich local criminal gang.
